Firearms prohibition orders continue

Unless you have been living under a rock you will be aware of the most recent December 5, 2024 amendment of the Regulations Prescribing Certain Firearms and Other Weapons, Components and Parts of Weapons, Accessories, Cartridge Magazines, Ammunition and Projectiles as Prohibited or Restricted  (commonly referred to as the “Classification Regulations”) by the Federal Government of Canada. An additional 300 + firearms have been added to the list of firearms previously prohibited in May 2020. This note is just a reminder that any of these newly prohibited firearms cannot be used be used at the range or for hunting or sport shooting.
