On Saturday April 13 th from 11:00 PM to 2:00 PM you can drop in to the clubhouse to renew your membership for 2019. Payment options include credit, debit, cash or personal cheque.

If you have a gate key issued in 2018, it will no longer unlock the gate. Bring in your 2018 key and receive your 2019 gate key.
Clean off the re-loading bench and dust off that rifle scope that you no longer need. Its time to swap your cool stuff for the other guy’s stuff.

Coffee pot will be on. Be prepared to help set up and clean up.
Remember that all regulations regarding the transportation, display and the sale of firearms and ammunition apply.

Gate locks will be changed out WEDNESDAY MARCH 27, 2019 after the last Indoor Range evening of the season. This means that if you have a gate key issued in 2018, it will not unlock the gate on March 28th.

The 2019 Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Saturday March 2nd 2019 at 7:00 PM.
Doors open at 5:00 PM. Membership renewals will be accepted until 6:30 pm.

Business items include financial and event reports, business updates and a request to approve a motion to appoint an accountant to review the 2019 fiscal year.
Members in good standing are eligible to vote at the meeting and can be nominated for an Executive Office (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer) or be nominated/appointed to the Board of Directors. In order to be nominated for a position the nominee, the nominator and the seconder must be present at the meeting.
