Canadian Firearms Safety Course for RESTRICTED PAL.

The restricted firearms safety course is required if you plan to apply for your restricted firearms license (RPAL). You must be fully 18 years of age and be in possession of a valid non-restricted PAL or have already completed and passed the non-restricted course.
